Terms of Service

What GLO is

GLO is an intermediary. We help you find a salon and arrange an appointment; we do not own the salons, employ their staff, or provide the treatments. The salon alone is responsible for the service it gives you, for its prices, and for its own licences and insurance.

Booking an appointment

• A booking starts as a request. It is not confirmed until the salon accepts it, and you will be emailed when the status changes.
• Give an email address and phone number you actually use — that is the only way the salon can reach you about your appointment.
• To change or cancel an appointment, contact the salon directly, and give them reasonable notice.
• Repeatedly failing to turn up may lead a salon to refuse future bookings.

Payments

GLO does not take payment for appointments. You pay the salon directly, and the price shown on GLO is indicative — the salon confirms the final amount. Any refund is a matter between you and the salon.

Listing your salon

• Applications are reviewed before an account is created. We may decline an application, and we do not have to give a reason.
• Approved salons start a 30-day free trial. Continuing after the trial requires a subscription, billed separately.
• Keep your listing accurate — services, prices, opening hours and team. Out-of-date information leads to bookings you cannot honour.
• Honour the bookings you confirm, and respond to booking requests promptly.
• Only upload photos you have the right to use.
• You are responsible for the personal information of clients that reaches you through GLO, and for using it only to serve those clients.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• make fake or automated bookings, or submit fake salon applications
• impersonate another person or business
• scrape, copy or resell listings and client information
• attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service
• post content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or infringes someone else's rights

Content you provide

You keep ownership of the text and photos you upload. By uploading them you allow us to display them on GLO in order to run the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Availability

We work to keep GLO running, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or withdraw features, and we may carry out maintenance that interrupts the service.

Our responsibility

Because GLO does not provide the treatments, we are not liable for the quality, safety or outcome of any service you receive from a salon, or for a salon cancelling or failing to honour an appointment. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that harms other users, or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and disputes fall to the courts of Cambodia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this document shows when they last changed, and continuing to use GLO afterwards means you accept the update.
